• Profile information: CDL information, company details, equipment type, and professional credentials.
• Identity verification: Government-issued ID, selfie photos, and related documents for identity verification through our third-party provider (ComplyCube).
• Trip information: Origin/destination addresses, route preferences, cargo details, and trip notes.
• Payment information: Billing address and payment method details (processed securely by Stripe).

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Location data: GPS coordinates when you use route planning, fuel finder, or weather features (only when you grant permission).
• Device information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage data: Features used, time spent in app, interaction patterns, and performance data.
• Log data: IP address, browser type, access times, and referring URLs.

2.3 Information from third parties

• FMCSA data: Carrier safety information and authority status from public federal databases.
• Fuel price data: Diesel pricing aggregated from publicly available truck stop and fuel retailer sources.
• Weather data: Weather conditions and forecasts from OpenWeatherMap and NOAA.
• Mapping data: Route information from Mapbox.

03How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Create and manage your account
• Process transactions and send related information
• Calculate optimized routes and fuel stops
• Provide weather alerts and road condition information
• Track compliance with HOS regulations and generate IFTA reports

• ComplyCube: Identity verification and KYC/KYB compliance
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Firebase (Google): Authentication, cloud storage, and analytics
